Refund and Returns Policy

At Grehatitude, every product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Since our décor lighting pieces are handmade using natural wood, slight variations in texture, grain, color, or finish may occur and are considered a part of the product’s uniqueness and craftsmanship.

We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

A Note on Craftsmanship: At Grehatitude, every lamp is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural wood. As each piece is made by hand and sourced from nature, no two lamps are ever identical. Slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, finish, and size are natural characteristics of handcrafted products — and are what make each Grehatitude lamp truly one of a kind.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Proper unboxing proof (if applicable)

Please Note: All return shipments must be packed in the original packaging as received. Proper and secure packaging is the customer’s responsibility during return transit. Items damaged due to improper return packaging will not be accepted.

Requests made after the mentioned timeframe may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Minor variations in wood texture, color, or grain
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products requested for return after the allowed return period

As all our products are handcrafted, slight imperfections or natural wood patterns are not considered defects.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

In some cases, shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product or
  • Store credit/refund based on the situation

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Damage

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Do not discard the packaging materials
  • Contact us immediately at: info@grehatitude.com

This helps us process claims faster.
