All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Since many of our products are handcrafted and made with attention to detail, certain items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on:

• Public Holidays
• National Holidays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities- 3-7 business days
• Other cities & Towns- 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas- 7-12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on courier services and location accessibility.

Grehatitude is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

Every Grehatitude product is packed carefully to ensure safe delivery and product protection during transit.

As our products are handcrafted wooden décor pieces, we use protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage.

A Note on Craftsmanship: At Grehatitude, every lamp is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural wood. As each piece is made by hand and sourced from nature, no two lamps are ever identical. Slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, finish, and size are natural characteristics of handcrafted products — and are what make each Grehatitude lamp truly one of a kind.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

• a damaged product
• an incomplete order
• a wrong item

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear Photos/Videos
• Unboxing proof (if possible)

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Customers can use the tracking link to monitor shipment progress.

International Shipping

Currently, Grehatitude may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational availability.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Grehatitude will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to:

• wrong contact number
• incomplete delivery information
